Internet:
Internet connection is required to install the product. The installer will try to automatically discover your computer's proxy settings from Internet Explorer. If necessary, the installer will display a dialog box for entering the username and password. When there is no Internet connection, you can create and install a deployment image for the product.

Prerequisite software
Prerequisites for Bentley Desktop Applications are automatically downloaded and installed to your workstation during the installation of ProStructures. The prerequisite contents of Bentley Desktop Applications include the following:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2
Microsoft Visual Basic for basic applications
Microsoft Visual Basic for compiled applications
Microsoft Internet Explorer, minimum v11.0, with 128-bit cipher strength. Microsoft no longer supports any versions prior to v11.0. Internet Explorer is not installed as part of the product pre-requisites.

Minimum profile
Processor: Intel® or AMD® 2.0 GHz processor or higher. OpenBridge Modeler is not supported on non-SSE2 CPU.
Memory: 8 GB minimum, 32 GB recommended. More memory always improves performance, especially when working with larger models.
Hard disk: 20 GB free disk space (which includes 12 GB installation space for a full installation)
